The story follows the journey of how an a new idea that addressed a need of their customers helped to transform how the organization worked, broke down internal silos and encouraged new ways of working. The product has become a success story in the market, and we hope to tell the story of how human-centered design and creativity helped to create new opportunities and growth for this client.
