This story is a behind-the-scenes look into IDEO's work with American Express to design a new product that helps customers have more flexibility and control of their spending. The story follows the journey of how an a new idea that addressed a need of their customers helped to transform how the organization worked, broke down internal silos and encouraged new ways of working.
